 🙏 Carbs and sugar should be in high alerts. If cannot avoid it, each session (breakfast, lunch or dinner) should not be more than 50g of Carbs. 

The only easily digestible Carbs is fully breakdown porridge or oats. Ginger help balance this Diets. Stay away from added oil. More iodine salts in foods. Fish or Krill oils, calcium supplements is needed. Animal protein or eggs cook without using oil. 

Keto or Carnivore diets most of the time is compulsory. Need enough iodine salts Diets. 

Daily fasting for 12+ hours is compulsory.
