Feb 22 I had her beached, tied off at 12 points, someone else wasn't so secure, they came loose in a storm and hit her, dragging her from her spot and landing her among half a dozen other boats - I believe you can still see her there on Google maps...it also dropped her over a submerged engine block which gouged out the bottom every time a wave crashed her down. It took till August to get a tide big enough to float her out to safety.
Then in January this year I got a call while in town to say she'd broken free from the mooring and was crashing against the beach, between two old houseboats, in a 120mph storm, with heavy rain and foot crashing waves. That was an interesting rescue and if it hadn't been for other people down there I'd have lost her, I reckon. Glad I'd jumped off, too, given the way she was rolling over.
