 No, not really; there’s a telegram group but it’s mostly noise. I think we should have a relay to discuss things.

 nips repo is active but its low-level. I set up a mailing list but noone really uses it.

 Pablo already mentioned t.me/nostr_protocol ... if you're looking for smaller groups, see what project you particularly like then join their channel... 

@Kieran's Snort Social Telegram channel is pretty sweet for example.
