'm mostly working on OtherStuff, tho, so maybe that's why I am more intentional, about what I write, were. I wouldn't want to spam Damus with gobs of application data events or every.damn.commit.from.every.damn.repo. 😂
Like, there's no point in publishing every single event ever created to Nostr.Band. It won't be long, until most events are OtherStuff and/or machine-generated, and cloud relays cost hardly anything, if you already have space in the cloud.
Why publish your company's financial statement or the patient database record from your hospital to nos.lol? 🤷🏻♀️ You could put that data anywhere you put a websocket.
I mean, your snazzy, new refrigerator, with a touchscreen, could have a relay, and @ you, when the milk runs out. Why should that transmission go over Damus?
