 I remember reading a suggestion from nostr:npub1a2cww4kn9wqte4ry70vyfwqyqvpswksna27rtxd8vty6c74era8sdcw83a a few years ago re taking magnesium supplements for increased energy levels. I’ve been experimenting with taking 200-400mg before bed and omg do I feel refreshed when I wake up! 400 seems ideal for me so far. Does anyone else have experience with taking magnesium? Is there any good research explaining why I feel so much better? Are there any potential downsides?
