There's a lot of optimism at this point in the cycle. I expect that to wane as time goes on but at least we'll have the memes. 

What he's tasked with is extremely difficult and most of us wouldn't even want to attempt it. He will do a lot of firing. And there will be a lot of collateral damage.

This is uncomfortable, but it's much better than a weak minded person who keeps people around even when they're toxic and destroying the world.
