The strain feature uses your max heart rate zones and the higher the zone the faster you build strain, it's also logarithmic so as you build strain it gets harder to build more.

Has an interesting ai coach feature, you can ask it about insights on your data or to even just lay it out and it will point you in the right direction.

It calculates how much sleep you need based on various factors like your debt, how long you're typically awake, strain, and subtracts it from naps.
