Xi's positive message to US business captains

Xi acknowledged issues with the domestic economy but expressed confidence in handling them. He urged China and the US to seek common ground on major issues while reserving differences on minor ones. Xi also reassured Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte that attempts to restrict China's access to technology will not hinder the country's progress. He warned against the creation of scientific and technological barriers and the fragmentation of industrial and supply chains. Xi stated that China's reform and opening up will continue, with plans for major measures to deepen reforms and build a first-class business environment.
