Finding peace in that is also good. 😊 There is no value in trying to hold one close if they don’t desire you. 

Know your worth & don’t buy into this idea that it’s on you to “hold them close.” Nah. 

Either your person will love you & choose you or they won’t. It’s that simple. 

Heartbreaking as it is. It’s true. Never submit to one who isn’t willing to do the same for you. It’s setting yourself up for disappointment. Maybe it’s my age but I still believe chasing anyone is gross. When you’re the prize, they come to you. It’s not the other way around. Never should be.
