Why would they?  Mental illness in [CURRENT YEAR] is to be celebrated, not treated.  Autism was a serious issue back in 2009, but after 2012, Autism became something of significance in identity-politics.

Though, still.  By 2019, you'd think technology would have become so highly advanced....but nope.  It's 2023 and nothing has advanced.  Instead of colonizing Mars or establishing a base on the Moon, we're too busy figuring out all these alleged billions of genders.  Hell, we can't call it "colonization" because colored people will spaz out and relive traumatic experiences of events that happened long before they themselves were born.
