The windshield phenomenon is real, I've noticed it too. However, the reasoning in the note is misleading (and bollocks when it comes to the climate change bullshit). While pesticides and such have an obvious impact, a major cause for the problem is electromagnetic radiation, not least from cell towers. That has a health impact on everything, to humans and to animal life.
