Just don't understand this...only explanation I can think of is:

a) They're going to divest themselves of BTC (i.e. "we don't have any as the government" because it's bad")

b) Then they're going to (try and) outlaw it (i.e. "it's bad for you, and you shouldn't have any either")

Hope I'm wrong--but it's the only thing right now that makes sense to me....
