nostr:npub1xs9c87mf57zesc7reyptt5m3lspfzwkckaddtx7xkhg4yd3u7ptqnr5h84 silliness. My company has taken a small step - if you live near one of our offices they’re asking you to come in once a month for “office day” and for teams to arrange schedules around interactive work activities so it’s valuable. Plus free lunch. It seems popular so far.

I am totally remote so nobody’s asking me anything but I do drive 2.5 hours to the nearest office about once a month for working sessions with my boss, which I enjoy.

There’s a smart middle way in all this.
