id tackle this with a bot monitoring events similar to my BoostZapper bot that zaps replies of an event its monitoring. logically not much different to look for posts that are boosts vs replies and holding back until a threshold is met.

The bot is currently configured by anyone via DMs with nostr:npub1jessxt285u469vp2e64ddv8pjzu5ku0v95zel9h43gq4g5hcch9syxlv3r but i want to make a web interface for improved usability and to help explain how it works to new users.
