I watched the documentary “Decoding Deepak” years ago and was shocked by how egotistical and self centred he was 

It seemed more like an exposé 

I can remember thinking his son couldn’t have liked him much 

He’s the version of spirituality the establishment want you to follow 

A true spiritual guru though is humble and not attached to material wealth 

He’s certainly no Gandhi
