Netflix has shut down its Southern California game studio, Team Blue, just two years after its establishment. The studio had made significant hires, including Chacko Sonny from Blizzard and Joseph Staten from Microsoft's Halo franchise. However, as of October 2024, all three big hires are no longer at the company.
