Doc confirmed I sprained my wrist. It's better than a fracture, but looks like it'll be another 3-4 weeks of pains and limited mobility.

I keep hurting myself in completely benign ways, and I'm just tired of it. This will cut out like half of my workout exercises, too. >~<

It's so upsetting that I genuinely WANT to exercise lots and take care of my body, but keep having all these limiting issues.
