Everyone developing on Nostr, who isn't completely self-funded or subscription-funded, has a Nostr boss. What Nostr allows, is for us all to have different Nostr bosses, or to even be our own Nostr boss.
That is what there being "No Nostr CEO" allows for: No single point of employer failure.
That is a massive tactical advantage!
This doesn't work, if we all cluster under the same employer. Then people really can shut down Nostr by attacking the boss. Then people really can influence the direction of the protocol by talking to the boss.
Few.
