I am quietly anti CK for quite some time due to their shady two faced shit.

Now. The BTClock did look like it was copying the design of the CK product. I personally would not have made that design choice if I were them. And it's not unreasonable for a company to try to protect their intellectual property if that's how they want to roll. 

But in my opinion the whole thing goes completely against the spirit of Bitcoin from the very top. And not only that this is not the first time this kind of thing has happened. I run only fully open source hardware and software for my Bitcoin.
