I have the urge to play some early windows games with scanlines (Kingpin / Sin / Vampire the Masquerade / Arcanum).

This is gonna be a horrible time sink I don't need nor have the knowledge to go through..

Pretty sure DOSbox Gaum is out of the question (the name gives it away, yeah).
PCEM seems to fit the bill but as to how to put a GOG games in there, or even just set it up...
