Nice!
Green tea is also the only natural source of L-Theanine, A calming and focusing neurotransmitter. When you get jitters from drinking coffee, This indicates a deficiency of L-Theanine.
For some reason it’s hard to find powdered matcha in my local supermarkets. Plenty of bancha but not macha.
Alright, I'll give it a shot https://image.nostr.build/554704ae55a27506d1ce83d250d06110e311dd512cdc5fa2e455bdff4fa034cd.jpg
I may join you in this side quest.
Same!
Was very nice to see you @bitcoinatlantis
How does it taste ?
Deliciou, as long as you don't put too much powder
Like green tea? Is it basically green tea? Hmm ... too dry and bitter for me.
I used to prepare my own matcha by hand at work (with the powder and the special spatula). No milk, no sugar. Tasted like grass soup but I used to enjoy the ritual.
Favorite matcha that's easy to find in the States?

What's a good reasonably priced matcha? I know you get what you pay for and the good stuff ain't cheap, but sats ain't cheap either! Btw, halfway through Broken Money and you're blowing my mind. Huge thanks!
