"The Carnivore Diet is too expensive!" ✅ 70/30 ground beef is cheap ✅sardines are cheap ✅canned tuna/salmon is cheap ✅eggs in bulk are cheap ✅hot dogs are cheap ✅bologna is cheap...
Eggs are peak chicken.
So is gout a concern?
#carnivorediet
cooking ragu a la bolognese with real veggies raw milk butter and great mince salt and bay leaves often these days and loving it so I agree
cream and butter are cheap (relative to the caloric value)
Price aside, I couldn't do carnivore even if I were convinced of its effectiveness (and I'll just say that I'm not). I need and want my fruit, vegetables and grains. I love meat, eggs and cheese but I couldn't do it exclusively.
I tend to agree with this. So to make this easier I just avoid seed oil. With that simple change I think my health, which isn't bad, will be a whole lot better
Basically my approach as well!
What would you tell someone with Gout? My best friend has it and is being told by his physician to eat less red meat and to especially stay away from pork. I’ve referred him to your channel for more guidance but would like some definitive guidance towards gout.
Two of these things are not food
If you think meat is expensive, it's not. So called "health care" is expensive. So called "health food" is expensive. You won't have any problems affording meat once you cut out all the other things you're eating and you'll be able to eat until you're full every day. No more feeling hungry. 5 years on carnivore... I eat plenty of eggs, chicken, pork, beef, and lamb (my favorite). I'm healthier than I've ever been. Sleep apnea, gone. Triglycerides, dropped like a stone. Brain fog, lifted. I'm down to one medication (which is more of a food than a drug since it comes from a cow, a pig, or a sheep). Give it a try for 90 days if you're interested. You'll be amazed how much your body and mind will change for the better.
Unhealthy food costs your health not measureable in money.
