Listen bro, nobody is doing this for charity. 

These public people you see involved with bitcoin are all doing marketing for their own companies. If you want to donate to some devs please go ahead but be aware that the vast majority of them all own 50+ bitcoins. 

They do the work because their own wealth depends on it. That's the beauty of this network. It does not rely on anyone giving out of the kindness of their heart. 

Read the whitepaper again and don't trust anyone, especially people who are out in public and making statements about what "the community" needs to do.
