I respect that. I got the lil micro one as a compromise: looking at it on my windowsill still gives me a little spark of excitement (the “cool” factor of case-less electronics) and it’s proven to be a useful conversation-starter when we have guests.
That said, the unit (like many things) may someday prove to be an extravagantly expensive toy, in terms of its Bitcoin-denominated purchase price… but this is true of any non-essential expenditure… It’s true of the essential ones too, but a man’s gotta eat 😂
It’s cool that every individual’s value-set or perspective varies in this way, sometimes slightly/sometimes dramatically. And what’s even cooler, is the impact that the experience of holding Bitcoin has on each of us, in how it shifts our way of valuing things, time, energy.
