I agree π with a lot of this, π but a π major π point I donβt agree with: humans do need carbohydrates. They cannot produce glycogen without carbohydrates. π And all π grains, including π rice? π₯ Seems like Japanese people do pretty well with π it. I agree π€ with eliminating π all added sugars, π and any simple carbohydrates. π I also agree we donβt need π as many vegetables as pushed. And healthy π oils are huge. π Anyway, just my two cents. π I am not a registered dietician.
