I don't see a lot of spam. When I do, it's mostly crypto spam bots. That's an easy block/mute. As for the NSFW content, I see that, only because I've followed a lot of our "eGirls" over the past couple of weeks. Before I made the choice to follow them, I rarely saw it. 🤙🏻 

That said, paid relays don't really filter out NSFW content. The issue in the past were porn bots posting non-stop porn. So all you saw porn in global. If you used a paid relay and set your global feed to use the paid relay, the porn disappeared.
