The point of Bisq being a DEX, not requiring identity and not using reputation is precisely to reduce the need for trust. It's a trust-minimised system. 

Security deposits and multisig are used in contracts to minimise risk, reduce incentives for fraud and reduce the need for trust.

In the best case, like BTC-BSQ atomic swaps, there is zero risk of fraud. No trust, reputation or identity is needed.
