Removed couple of larg relays, nos and primal, and added https://nostr.watch/relay/relay.vengeful.eu as second paid relay after  nostr:npub1acexjz7esna077m5jm3j88df85md2s00mk48u5p4g5wyyd472tzq8fpd3e which I've been using for months. 

No spam in the past few hours. Let's see.  nostr.fmt.wiz.biz
