Currently, it looks like your lud16 is set to an npub, which won't work. 

It should be an email style address like your denimstingray4@primal.net

Primal handles nip-05 and lud16 for their primal.net domain. They have their own backend but I think you have to answer some questions to set it up. In settings->wallet is this toggle enabled?
