we have been waiting for almost a year for them to give us an entitlement so we can filter notifications locally, which is important if we want to filter notifications based on local encrypted mute lists. it's insane. 

 I hope the waiting time can be shortened. It will be a continuous progress and may open doors to many other improvements to the platform. You will do more and better, from that!
