Less technical but more first principles:
What does the world look like for people who can't afford a house?  They rent a house, or an apartment....

Extreme freedom, sovereignty, and responsibility doesn't appear to be universal.  It's far more common in men.   Subtract 4 billion right off the top, because most women don't want sovereignty, they want the security that men can provide for themselves and children .  
It's different across cultures.  
Every person doesn't need a utxo, it's just absurd.  Every person doesn't need an Abrams tank to drive to the grocery store.  it might be extremely safe, but it's also horribly inefficient.  


 Maybe Bitcoin will grow the number of freedom lovers, but I doubt it ever becomes universal.
