Hi nostr, hope everyone had a good day.  We were busy outdoors most of the day, and my husband finished building the chicken boxes and got them installed.  The young chicks took to their new digs right away, and hopped right up, although that batch of chickens has not started laying yet.
We also did some mowing, me on the zero-turn and my husband on the tractor.    Lately i've been raking up some grasses in the field after mowing, it makes good hay for the chicken boxes and coops.
I'm getting some small tomatoes from the volunteer tomato plants, and one of my fig trees is loaded with fruit, although those are not ripe yet.  Looking forward to eating fresh figs.
