Any podcast recommendations? Doesn’t have to be sensible - silliness encouraged 🙏🏽 #asknostr
How weird do you want to get?
🤣😂 like podcasts about someone’s love of crocs or the different types of rocks would be cool, but nothing too inappropriate 😂🙏🏽 Beave what you been listening to 👀
I have been learning about a new theory about the Egyptian pyramids being chemical processing facilities. It fits better than the wilder electric generation hypothesis.
This sounds so cool Beave! Which podcast is this? 🫂
Blurry Creatures: EP: 222 Ancient Alchemy with The Land of Chem Episode webpage: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/blurrycreatures/episodes/EP-222-Ancient-Alchemy-with-The-Land-of-Chem-e2g5jds Here you go!
Well, sounds like you’d be into some science fact ones, then! I learned about the silly one listening to this laid-back but super informative show about REAL dinosaurs, and highly recommend it: https://fountain.fm/show/TnhSuoTcdzVSCZ0YS2SK Here’s another laid back and super informative show, far broader range of topics: https://fountain.fm/show/0iAaTSaqbXCByXHqTbmH
I have just started listening to a very silly one indeed https://fountain.fm/show/q2YKqtb0uj6QjDvreEoA
I like Joe Rogans podcast.
I rather like that one too 🫂 looking for something fresh at the moment though. Maybe niche and strange, fun and light hearted
I think Duncan Trussel is one of Joe Rogan's favourite guests, so maybe you might also like the DTFH: https://www.duncantrussell.com/episodes
Radiolab is always an interesting, good one to start with https://radiolab.org/podcast/living-room

Thank you Petr ❤️🔥 shall check this out tomorrow morning 😍
I like audiobooks more than podcasts as content and quality is usually way better
You’re gonna think I’m mad, but I haven’t listened to an audiobook properly before 🥹 I tried once but I didn’t like it cos I couldn’t picture the scenes in my head the way I would when I read it. I was quite young though so I’ll try again 🙏🏽
It makes sense but then can you listen to podcasts and not reading them like a book? 😂🫂
You make a rather good point here Petr 🫂🥹 maybe I’ll start with a nonfiction and work my way to fiction 🫂🫂 any recommendations?
The power of habit by Charles Duhigg - it is a good start 🫂
This sounds great ❤️🔥👀 trying to build more healthy habits 🫂 like deleting my emails
Yeah 😂 let me know when you finish, there is plenty more to cover.
😭🫂 but I’m so organised already, how could there be more to cover ☺️
