Is there a program or AI where you can plug in two people's pictures, AI or real, and see what a child would look like if they were to reproduce?

I'm asking for a friend.

 Want to help a brutha out and be my plug-in baby?  

 Is it cheating if you mix two images in an AI machine/app and produce an AI baby?
