If you eat before you sleep your body uses energy digesting food instead of healing it’s wounds and recycling dead cells that become cancerous. The best way to stay healthy is to eat within 8 hours a day, And give yourself 4 hours before bed so your food makes it into your lower intestine before you lay down. Then your body can absorb all the nutrients it needs and conserve energy for fighting sickness and disease. When you wake up drink at least one liter of water to kickstart your digestive tract. After I adopted these habits I usually poop the first thing in the morning and I don’t get sick or catch a cold easily. Poop makes you sick and keeping it in your body for the shortest amount of time helps you to stay healthy.
