Same here. Doing the two month leptin reset from Dr Jack Kruse. Early morning Sun, only beef seafood, lamb. No chicken or processed meat .
My mind is clear and I'm starting to have more energy. I had to take activated charcoal due to the keto flu .
I’ve had periods of time that I’ve done carnivore and keto to great success. I’ve never gone strict carnivore though until lately. Feeling really good! Hope the keto flu goes away quickly for you. It’s nice when you get to that fat adapted state
How’s it going 3 weeks later?
It was going well but I wasn’t eating enough or getting enough electrolytes. Started getting wicked cramping when doing Jiu Jitsu. Going to try again being more intentional with getting bone broth and higher sodium levels. My wife surprised me with a cruise in Alaska for my 40th coming up and I’d like to be in great shape
