Hey! You left out warmongering, de-industrialisation, mass printing of citizenship, therapuetic censorship, and whiny self-indulgent narcissism (from the masses, not just elites). "Global South" is a synonym for "developing countries" and "brown people", and an antonym for "industrialised world" and "white". India is always part of the "Global South" even though geographically its in the north, and Australia never is, even though it has little industry and is in the southern hemisphere. Global South is lazy journalist-speak.
It's not your fault. I don't know who invented this term, could've been the russians, didn't research too much into it. In any case it's wrong. If you go to Chile or Uruguay you'll see the same exact shit that you will see in Spain, for instance, or Italy. Latin countries are as latin as Italy or Spain.
