There is no doubt BR would call for a hard fork and then a very tough decision would have to be made. Stick with the original where you just saw one of the biggest investment firms get robbed and become Public Enemy #1 to #BTC or move with the new fork and alienate a subset of users while potentially damaging the ethos.
