If you think of a problem, the problem grows, so think of solutions. If you think of weakness, weakness grows, think of strength growth. If you think of bad habits, leaving bad habits becomes more difficult, focus on building good habits. If you focus on the negative, the negative grows. If you focus on the positive, the positive grows. Your focus is in your control, use it effectively to your advantage.
Great advice! I often find myself doing the negative here: trying to eliminate a bad habit or behavior (and failing) rather than focusing on the new habit or behavior I want to replace it with.
Just focus and work on new good things, old things automatically sidelines. It's my own experience. Stopped many bad habits and bad patterns with this strategy. Create new habits, create new momentum, create new pattern. choose your battle.
