 I just know about #nostrudel client that is optimal for long notes, and Wikifreedia made by Pablo.. I don't know if something can be already be done there or..

But maybe @PABLOF7z will come up to something, I believe he also would like the idea of a solution to post scientific articles.. probably also @Vitor Pamplona can have some idea, I remember is into medical stuff also.
