So, they didn't say you ARE more likely, but they didn't deny it either...  not sure I would give this a hard "NO".   (Nice touch: Moderna is one of their sources in the video.)

TLDR:  They say if currently vaxxed, it won't do much for the new strain... but you should still get vaxxed.  More poiso... medicine coming soon for this year's strain.

I read what the cdc said from the show link. 

The cdc didn’t mention the “never tested positive / unvaccinated”such as myself being more susceptible ….only the previously infected and those with the death💉

I bet the previously infected are at risk (as we all are) because it’s a freaking cold virus…and there ain’t no cure for the common cold😶
