We have a deal with our kids, they usually don't get screen time during the week, but if they work out, they earn a little in that day. 

I joined them today, we did an old TapOut Muay Thai video, which they thought was hilarious and now they think they are both Bruce Lee. My wife and I used to workout to the TapOut videos years ago together, lots of fun and now they are getting a little more use.
