I did the same thing last summer- 3 months autisticly strict. Lots of protein, some fats and some carbs, while doing CrossFit 6 days a week. No cheating, no exceptions. I dropped almost 20 lbs of fat and then put it all back on in muscle (over the rest of the year). Will power is the key, and doing what works for YOU is the other side of it.
