Covid aside(March 2020), I don't believe that has ever happened? It could sure, but when has it ever? You act like it happens all the time.

Barring covid, the only other time was summer 2021.  However many, myself included believe this was the end of the bill run. The only reason it continued was Solana and some eth major VC money dumping into the markets to pump and dump, including Celsius, FTX, and others.
