People that make stupid posts like this are usually biased in a certain food group group i.e carnivore, vegan etc. They often demonise a specific food/or ingredient that obviously can have negative effects on our overall health but don't look to see the if the pro's outweigh the cons.
Most times they'll have heard it online somewhere and take it as gospel without actuallt digging into more.
Prime example is when folks cherry pick data from crappy studies to solidify their beliefs in their chosen food group hivemind. Most of the studies they sight (if any at all) are usually in rodent or in vitro which are seriously high doses on a perti dish so it's quite easy for it to fit their narrative.
Another example of this is that a carnivore will scream that it's strictly no seed oils because of zero intake policy because its poison but yet meat contains carnicogens.
It works both ways for literally every food. The poison is in the dosage. These people would have you eating nothing if they had their way 😂😂
