Are you on Amethyst? 

I would remove a few relays from Inbox and Outbox to keep just 3 in each. 

Click the Default button on Search to get the recommended options. 

On PRIVATE INBOX, add: 
- relay.0xchat.com
- nos.lol
- auth.nostr1.com
