Why would we need another amendment when we have #bitcoin which is protected by the 1st and 2nd amendment. It is both free speech and a weapon defense system.  Once we get over the fear of #bitcoin being banned that when the 2A kicks in. However the real excitement is when we recognize Bitcoin as a national security system.
