although i am quite sure i am in early stages (and beating it back) of developing type 2 diabetes, i have a very strong suspicion that i have a bit of a kidney stone in my right kidney

looking at all the symptoms and the notable frequent pain down that part of my body (just above the back of the hip bone) combined with the fact that some of the symptoms of diabetes itself are overlapping with kidney stones, i am now going to eliminate this... i was basically forced to, by way of the cramp problem, and now am guzzling upwards of 1.5L of water a day, this is going to continue, but i'm now going to institute the addition of citrus juice and stevia, which conveniently is available in a single package in a locally available juice - yes, stevia can help a little with kidney clearance, as it turns out

i'm not against actually safe non-sugar sweet things, and i don't even really like sweet taht much, i prefer sour, but sweet makes it easier to take a lot in, and if it mitigates a little of the pressure on my kidneys, so much the better

i've felt pretty bad this last year... let's hope that i've identified the main causes and with the anti-diabetes and anti-kidneystone measures in place by christmas i'm feeling like a million bux and have a washboard stomach
