Ironically, apples are the only thing we don't win any prizes for at the village show.

We don't do anything to them, nor do we know what varieties they are. We could send them to East Malling Research centre who provide that service, but we know enough. 

We have 5 cooker trees and 2 eater trees, so we make very dry cider 😂
