Rule 1: Any legislation affecting more than 60% of the country would have to be made a public voting with the vote itself being on certain inserts. Let the people actually vote which variant/version they want.
Rule 2: Companies are not allowed to store user data unless absolutely neccessary. Breaching this legislation is seen as an "economic crime" and the respective board/CEO is held liable directly and immediately.
Rule 3: Internet, like water, heating and electricity, is something that HAS to be provided. I forgot which european country already does that, I think it was Estonia...?
Rule 4: Areas and buildings that occupy a certain threshold of people must make that place accessible.
Rule 5: If you are a politician, you CAN NOT be active in the open economy as it always and in every circumstance directly contradicts with your interests as a politician. Yep, straight up banned.
